This is the saved exam that produced the answer key. The questions, randomized choice order, sampled values,
images, exam name, and SET stay paired with the key in this Assessment Hub record.
Two columns, Arial Narrow at the font size above, printer-safe 0.5″ margins. Four choices print as a 2×2 block
(A C over B D) and drop back to four stacked lines whenever one of them would wrap.
The answer card at the top of the first column is the scannable part —
print at 100% / Actual size or the scanner will misread it.
This is the authoritative key captured from the randomized exam choices. It is generated automatically for
every SET; do not manually re-enter it in the scanner. Students shade the SET on the sheet, and scoring uses
the matching SET key below.
Points per test
How many points one correct answer earns in each test. Applies to every SET, the phone scanner, results, and reports.
PassCal creates a narrow answer card containing only the scannable Student ID, SET, and answer bubbles.
The four black markers no longer span the paper width, so the card can fill the camera view and its bubbles stay large.
Small exams print two centered cards on one page; frame just one card and align its black squares with the four green scanner targets. Test sections stay labeled
and numbered separately. Print at 100% scale ("Actual size"); choose “Save as PDF” for a PDF copy.

Student analysis
Exports use only finalized scans. View the score data table on this device, or download CSV for Excel/Sheets. When importing CSV, set the ID number column to Text to preserve leading zeros. Repeated IDs remain separate scans. The class report prints via your browser (choose “Save as PDF”).
Select and copy table cells as needed. ID numbers are displayed exactly as saved. Blank IDs need review in Results.
